Located at 1624 Montana Ave. in Santa Monica, Il Primo Passo is the premiere Westside destination for luxury shoes, handbags, and accessories from directional labels and designers with unique and compelling points of view. We specialize in finding the next generation of footwear and accessory designers who should be on the radar of any respectable fashionista.

In the store’s comfy-chic environment, fashion savvy women can indulge all of their addictions, whether it’s caffeine, wine (we serve complimentary organic espresso in the mornings and wine in the afternoon and evenings), shoes, handbags, or all of the above.

About the Design:
The interior of the store, designed by Dianne Kraus and Banning Rowles, is environmentally safe and friendly. We used no-volatile organic compounds paint; our floor is made of sustainable maple, and our fixtures--down to the shelves in our stock room--are all built with formaldehyde-free wood.
